You must load a 60 unit card into the phone every 30 days, with a 30 day grace period. If you do not load a 60-unit card into the phone, your account will be put on Temporary Suspension after the 90 days (after 230 days, the customer will be completely deactivated). If you want to reactivate you must go into a dealer location, purchase a pre-paid card, and pay a re-activation fee of $11.00, which will allow you to re-activate your previous cellular number. Either you or your dealer will simply call into Customer Care to get the account re-activated. You will keep his same cellular number if he reactivates within one year from the TS date. After the one year timeframe, you will lose your number and will pay a re-activation fee of $25.00, plus you must get a new cellular number.
